Holiday Treats Workshop
This workshop will introduce the participants to different treats and recipes usually associated with Christmas in different countries.
The emphasis will be on preparing dishes which participants can do at home at Christmas to the delight of family and friends.
The workshop will run over 2 days (Wednesday and Thursday except public holidays and subject to change with advance notice) with a contact of 3 hours per day.
This is a hands-on workshop and the treats to be demonstrated and carried out will be as follows:-
- Macaroons
- Muffins
- Profiteroles
- Crepe layer cake
- Jelly
- Bavarian cream
- Chantilly cream
- Chocolate log
Places will be limited to enable maximum practical for the participants.
The cost per person will be S$120.00 per session.
