Peranakan Cooking Class | Peranakan & Malay Dishes
This workshop will introduce the participants to traditional Malay/Peranakan dishes.
The emphasis will be on preparing foods which participants can do at home to the delight of family and friends.
The workshop will run over 3 hours, Fridays (except public holidays and subject to change with advance notice).
This is a hands-on workshop and the food to be covered will be as follows:-
- Laksa
- Nasi Lemak
Places will be limited to enable maximum practical for the participants.
The cost per person will be S$70.00 per session.
